If you believe you are a paid member but are showing up as a non-member in the Learning Center, you are likely logging in using an email address different from the email address attached to your membership profile which has your payment attached.
Ask your adviser to confirm what email address is attached to your membership profile and confirm that there are no spelling errors. You can find more instructions for this in the Username Troubleshooting article of the Help Desk.
