I have paid my membership dues but I am still unable to access programs. What should I do?

The membership year runs from August 1st to July 31st. If you paid membership dues in a previous year but not yet for the current membership year, you will need to pay your new dues to access the system. There is a grace period from August 1st to October 20th to accommodate delays in processing membership fees.
