Membership Department Staff

The Membership Department is made up of the following FBLA National Staff: 

Lisa Smothers, Director of Membership.  Lisa manages FBLA Connect and the Membership Department, FBLA National Officers, National Officer Candidates and Elections, and the FBLA Champion Chapter, FBLA-Middle Level Merit Award, Membership Awards, and Membership Statistics and Dashboards. 

Katera Poma, Membership Services Specialist.  Katera posts money and processes credit cards.  She also does invoice adjustments, database corrections, and processes purchase orders.  She also works with our affiliate States of California and Arizona. 

Precious Cooper, Membership Services Specialist. Precious processes new charters and reactivated chapters, new advisers, membership uploads.  She also handles database corrections, mailing lists, and queries.
