Are your chaperones covering students from multiple schools? Blue Panda will not let you submit your registration unless your group meetings the required ratios for chaperones. If you are not able to assign chaperones accordingly, please email nlc@fbla.org with the names of the groups that are travelling together and the names of the chaperones. We will manually bypass the requirement on the backend for you to ensure you are not double charged.
Example:
- Chaperone 1 is travelling with 2 students from Langston Hughes Middle School and 1 student from South Lakes High School.
- Add Chaperone 1 to the registration for Langston Hughes Middle School and then email nlc@fbla.org with the chaperone's name to let them know they will be chaperoning both schools and needs to be added to the South Lakes registration.
- Please do not send your email until all students have been added for both schools.
