Some schools, school districts, administrators, and state departments of education may request that Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) complete a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA). To streamline this process, FBLA asks that these requests be submitted through our Help Desk system.
How to Submit a Request
Go to the FBLA Help Desk: fbla.zendesk.com
Select Submit a Request in the top right corner.
Under the “How can we help you?” dropdown, choose Member Support.
Complete the form with your contact details.
Upload your Data Privacy Agreement document as an attachment.
Click Submit.
What to Expect
Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the FBLA team.
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your submission.
A response will be provided within 10 business days.
If additional information is needed, a member of our staff will follow up directly via the Help Desk ticket.
